个人简介

团队主要聚焦先进功能膜与化工过程强化相关研究。近期,团队通过提出了一种在聚合物基底中包埋晶种进而通过表面晶体诱导生长法精确构筑MOF纳米片膜的新构想,在聚合物基底表面实现了高柔性超疏水MOF膜的层次构建,解析了纳米片的晶体结构及其内部的传质通道,揭示了聚合物与纳米片层在分离过程中的协同机制,突破了柔性MOF膜制备瓶颈,为规模化制备和应用提供了理论依据和技术支撑。相关研究成果以“Highly-flexible and superhydrophobic MOF nanosheet membrane for ultrafast alcohol-water separation”为题,在Science》上发表(DOI: 10.1126/science.abo5680)

研究成果

主持国家自然科学基金面上、青年基金、中石化及GF基础研究等课题,参与国家自然科学基金重点项目(负责子任务)、国家重点研发计划等多项;迄今在国内外学术刊物和会议上发表论文40余篇,申请专利13项,专利成果转化1项。
一、首次构建了新型整体式及内构件改性微填充床,并获得反应器内流体力学和气液传质变化规律及模型。
二、将新型微填充床应用在木糖、果糖、葡萄糖等解聚过程,效果显著优于传统过程。
三、近期建立了微泡沫填充床气液固外部传质评价方法,并应用于生物质转化和苯胺合成,实现快速、高效、连续和绿色合成过程。
